First, confirm the transaction was completed successfully in your wallet or bank app — look for a confirmation message or transaction reference number. If the payment was confirmed on your end and still hasn't appeared in fly33 after 30 minutes (or 4 hours for IBFT), contact support@fly33.click with your username, the payment method used, the transaction amount, date and time, and the reference number. The team will trace and credit the deposit.

Never. fly33 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel.
