Terms and Conditions – fly33 Pakistan Online Casino Rules

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of fly33, the online casino and sports betting platform operated at fly33.click ("the Platform", "fly33", "we", "us"). They set out the rules under which accounts are created, funds are deposited and withdrawn, bonuses are claimed, and games are played on the fly33 platform.

fly33 is designed specifically for players in Pakistan. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and bet values are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), displayed as Rs. No foreign currency conversion is applied to any transaction on fly33.

These Terms apply to all registered users of fly33. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of fly33 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use fly33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering and accessing fly33 as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must not be excluded from the platform under a self-exclusion order or any other restriction previously imposed by fly33.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when creating your account.
• You must not have an existing fly33 account. Each person may hold only one account on the platform.

One Account Per Person

fly33 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. This applies regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used. If fly33 identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts, fly33 reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts, void any bets or bonus claims made on those accounts, and withhold any funds held in them pending investigation.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your fly33 login credentials. fly33 will never ask you for your password via any channel. Any activity that occurs on your account using correct login credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact fly33 support immediately.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

fly33 is required to verify the identity of its users before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. This is a standard know-your-customer (KYC) process. When requested, you will need to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document showing your name and address.
• Where payment methods require it, proof of the payment method used (e.g. a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account).

fly33 aims to complete standard verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending. The KYC process is a legal requirement and not discretionary — fly33 cannot waive it for any user.

4. Deposits

fly33 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

fly33 does not charge any deposit fees. Any charges levied by your bank or payment provider are your own responsibility. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded.

fly33 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit originates from a payment method belonging to the account holder. Where this cannot be confirmed, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from fly33 are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. fly33 processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes after approval:

Withdrawals are only processed after KYC verification is complete. If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, the bonus balance and winnings attributable to it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Your real-money balance is not subject to wagering conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

fly33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. The following general bonus rules apply to all fly33 promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time. Cashback and free spin bonuses may run alongside an active deposit bonus.
• Bonuses are credited in bonus funds, not withdrawable cash. They must be played through according to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal is possible.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the expiry period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not been met, fly33 will forfeit the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them. The real-money balance may still be withdrawn.
• fly33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have claimed a promotion before any such amendment will be governed by the terms in place at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on fly33 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation except where a technical error on fly33's part can be demonstrated. The following general betting rules apply across all fly33 products:

Cricket Betting

All cricket bets at fly33 are settled according to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB, or equivalent). In-play bets are valid from the moment they are confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the player once accepted. In the event of a match abandonment or no-result declaration, fly33 will settle bets in accordance with standard cricket betting rules — single-leg bets on abandoned matches are typically voided at stake; accumulator bets may be recalculated with the abandoned leg removed.

Casino Games

The result of all casino games at fly33, including slots, baccarat, poker, and Aviator, is determined by certified random number generation systems. Results are final and cannot be contested on grounds of personal expectation. fly33 publishes theoretical return-to-player (RTP) figures for all games, which represent long-run statistical averages over millions of rounds — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within each game or market before a bet is placed. fly33 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and to apply individual player stake restrictions where required for risk management purposes.

8. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

fly33 is operated for the genuine entertainment and recreational use of individual players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on fly33.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with fly33 games.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other multiplayer games to gain an unfair edge.
• Attempting to launder money or use fly33 for any financial transaction unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to control your fly33 account.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming limit or self-exclusion imposed on your account.

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.
• Internet or mobile network connectivity issues outside fly33's control.
• Acts of third parties including payment processors, internet service providers, or telecommunications providers.
• Any losses incurred during gameplay, which are a direct result of the inherent risk in gambling and not the result of any platform error.

Nothing in these Terms limits fly33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

fly33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
